Select between returning your item to any Strandbags physical store for an immediate refund or using our online portal to generate a postage label.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items in their original box or mailer and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
